unpleasant sleeping arrangements

The in-room safes provided peace of mind for our valuables.

I was deeply disappointed with my overall experience. Sleeping arrangements became terrible as we were forced to crash at my son's house. my wife ended up on the couch, which cut our trip a day short.

The rooms were decently sized, and we appreciated the availability of in-room safes and free toiletries. I remember feeling a bit more relaxed knowing our valuables were secure. They also provided an electric kettle, which was great for morning coffee. However, we faced some significant frustrations. The second hotel didn't match the amenities listed. We ended up sleeping on cots at my son's house, which was far from ideal. My wife had to settle for the couch. It really put a dent in our travel plans, and we even cut our trip short because of these hassles. Communication with Expedia felt confusing, especially when dealing with foreign representatives. It's definitely something to consider if you're thinking of staying here.
